"How much does it cost to remodel my kitchen/bathroom/basement?"
Cost is something that can vary greatly and depends on factors such as size, if walls need to be moved/removed, if plumbing will stay in the same location, electrical modifications, lighting, countertop material used, and so much more. We really need to come in, discuss your wants, needs, budget, and take accurate measurements.
"How long does the remodeling process take?"
Time line for a home renovation project can vary. On average, our renovations take from 6 weeks to 3 months.
"Is there a way for me to see a preview of my new home before I commit to anything?"
Absolutely! We use a CAD (Computer Assisted Design) program that will give you a photo realistic rendering of your new space before we do any work!
"What days & hours will there be contractors in my home? Will I need to be home during the day?"
Typically we will be in your home Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. You tell us what your tolerance is and we will work with you. You do not need to be home. We will provide a lockbox for a key so you donβt need to worry about letting us in or locking up after us.
Our company has had the same crew for years and they are totally trustworthy. We will clean up at the end of the day every day, and do our best to provide minimal disruption to your life.

We will discuss your vision and we will work towards a plan to make it a reality. An estimate will be made that will spell out everything that we will do and for what cost. When an agreement is reached, a contract will be drawn up that will state a start date, end date, cost, and a payment schedule based on us reaching specific milestones, AKA progress payments!
