About Our Company
I have been in the construction, maintenance, and management fields since joining Finkelstein Morgan Real Estate (an owner management company) in 1981, as Managing Agent of 12-14 of the approximately 45 New York apartment buildings owned by them.
Over the years I was very involved with overseeing several gut rehabs, and “mod” rehabs (with the building still occupied). After 22 years it was time for a change.
In April 2009 I moved to Atlanta to remodel 30 homes as rental properties and fell in love with Atlanta’s warm ‘Southern Hospitality.’ Helping other families get the most out of their home has been my mission since the beginning. It starts with beautiful kitchen; the heart of the home.
